Meet Alana, Your Life Coach

Hello, I'm Alana!

 

A Life Coach, Mental Health Nurse, Irish woman and now an expat living in Sydney.

I’m also a sister, daughter, wife and friend, roles that deeply shape who I am and how I show up in the world.

Since I was young, I’ve been fascinated by goal setting and personal growth. I’ve always been drawn to the idea of challenging myself, striving for more, and asking: What’s possible? That curiosity and drive have been constant threads throughout my life.

As a Mental Health Nurse, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact that purpose, clarity and managing overwhelm can have on a person’s wellbeing. I’ve seen how feeling 'lost', directionless or disconnected can weigh heavily on mental health and how transformative it can be when someone reconnects with meaning and direction.

Today, through The Aspire Life, I support individuals from around the world to slow down, reconnect with themselves, build confidence and create lives that feel aligned and meaningful.

I believe clarity creates confidence.

And when we align with our values and take intentional action, real transformation begins.

You already have the potential within you, sometimes you just need the space and support to unlock it.
